In this Guide we will explain how to correctly select the booking extras, helping hand please fully read this guide to to avoid any extra charges later.
to correctly set the time for the helping hand you require the TOTAL BOOKING Duration to achieve this you require you loading and unloading time which you will set yourself and travel time which is auto calculated.
Step 1:
Please select the time required to load and unload your items based on the quantity of items you have.
For instance, if you require 2 hours to load and unload your items, please select 1 in the number selector (1 hour included)
You can estimate the time required for your items based on the example provided below. (for more information on loading and unloading time see relevant section)
Step 2:
As shown above in the booking summary you will find the auto calculated travel time.
Step 3:
To calculate this, consider the total time required for loading and unloading your items.
Then, add the travel time.
The sum of these times will determine the total hours of assistance needed.
For example, if loading and unloading takes 2 hours and travel time is also estimated at 2 hours, you would require 4 hours of assistance from one person.
